If you're reading this page, it means one of two things: You've won the lottery, or you're an extremely positive thinker. Either way, congratulations are in order.

Now comes the fun part: claiming your prize. Just follow these directions and you'll be on your way 


  • First, sign the back of your ticket immediately.  
  • Then take it to any AllStar Lottery Retailer for validation.
  • Did you play online with our customer service agent or you can't find a retailer, agent nearby?
Kindly take a front and back picture of your signed ticket and send a copy to us along with a claim form for validation and processing to: Lotteryclaims@jackpotofgold.com

If your prize is worth £999.99 or less, you can receive your winnings in cash at any AllStar Lottery Retailer.

If your prize is over £999.99, contact us to request a Claim form: Lotteryclaims@jackpotofgold.com




(a)
All draw game prizes must be claimed within 180 days after the draw.


(b) Only one Player can be the owner of a Ticket.


(c) If a name and address is written on the back of the Ticket, the owner of the Ticket will be the person whose name and address is stated; and if no name and address is written on the back of the Ticket, the owner of that Ticket will be the person who holds the Ticket


(d) Some designated Retailers can pay Prizes up to £999. You must complete a Prize Claim Form and provide this with Your Ticket when claiming a Prize of over £999 up to and including £5million. You will also need to provide Identification "proof of identity and age" when claiming at a designated Retailer.


(e) Prizes Over £50,000 can be paid at Your home or other agreed location for news publications and public relation purposes. 

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or direct credit to bank.

For internal processing, You must complete a Prize Claim Form and present this with Your Ticket when claiming a Prize over £50,000. You will also need to provide proof of identity and age.


(f) Once payment of the Prize has been made to the person shown on the Prize Claim Form AllStar and its officers, employees, representatives and any person, firm or company authorised by Allstar to pay Prizes will have no further liability for payment of that Prize.


(g) AllStar reserves the right to:

(i). pay Prizes by cheque, bank transfer or direct credit;

(ii). withhold a Prize, providing it is acting reasonably, until it has declared the relevant Ticket to be valid.
(iii). withhold a Prize if You are unable to produce or fail to produce proof of identity when claiming a Prize


(h) Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Damaged Tickets

If You believe You may have owned a Ticket that would have won a Prize in a particular Draw and that Ticket has been lost, stolen or destroyed or is a Damaged Ticket, provided that:

(a) You notify Allstar immediately in writing, setting out the ticket information (to the best of Your knowledge):

(i) the date, time and place the Ticket was bought from;

(ii) the Game(s) and Draw date(s) the Ticket was bought for;

(ii) the date of the Draw You believe the Ticket would have won a Prize in;

(iv) the number of Entries You bought, and the numbers chosen; and


(i) Allstar is a non-profit entity, The lottery and its prizes are our way of giving back to the community, fundraising for a good cause. The real winners are the children we give a better future.

50% which is £2 from every ticket sales goes to supporting a good causes, and the remaining £2 goes into prizes giving for lottery winners. As such Allstar Lottery charges a One-Time commission on all winnings above £25,000 to help us cover administrative cost and VAT.


(j) All winners are featured in our monthly news publication.

(i.) Winners of the AllStar Lottery may choose to remain anonymous. However, to file a claim, proper identification must be presented for internal processing.

(k) All claims are processed and paid out within two (2) weeks or less
Due to the volume of claims received and the staffing limitations, players can expect to have their claims processed within two (2) weeks from the date their claim is received.  In some instances, the processing time may be longer If there are any issues with your claim, or if additional information is needed, a representative will contact you.  We apologize for the delay and thank you for your understanding and patience.

(l) The Prize value listed as won may not reflect actual net claims payment amount in photo due to combined prize claim amounts and other adjustments. In a situation whereby two winners emerge in a jackpot draw the prize will be shared between both winners.
